Riesling
This Riesling was handcrafted from small quantities of fruit sourced from Sheldrake Point Vineyards in the Finger Lakes region of New York. This bright wine has natural residual sugar occurring from arresting the fermentation. With aromas of honeysuckle and citrus blossoms, expressing golden apple and guava fruit, this delicate wine balances a sweet, round middle with a crisp, dry, acidic finish.

2016 New York Riesling – 90 pts Wine Enthusiast Seductive floral notes of violet and lavender persist throughout this juicy revitalizing Riesling. It's elegantly off dry, balancing honey-tangerine and pineapple sweetness against crisp lime and lemon acidity. The finish is pleasantly persistent.
2015 Luminous – 90 pts Wine Advocate The 2015 Riesling is unoaked and off-dry (11.8 grams per liter of residual sugar). It comes in at just 11.2% alcohol and was actually sourced from the Finger Lakes. Full of fruit in its youth, this shows plenty of concentration. Rather tropical, it seems packed with pear and peach, the sugar coming through and very much changing the flavor profile of this wine. It is ultimately quite delicious, with some grip on the finish and all that tasty fruit. This does have a slightly eccentric air to it, yet it is so loaded with delicious fruit and nicely structured to boot that I couldn't resist leaning up on this bargain. Classic--it is not. Hard to resist--that it is.
2014 Luminous - 90 pts Wine Enthusiast A deep, stony minerality persists from nose to finish on this light-footed Riesling. Sweetened by hints of guava and stone fruit, it's a shade off dry but endlessly refreshing. The finish lingers on a gorgeously chalky, saline note.
2013  Luminous - 91 pts Wine Enthusiast Luminous is an apt word to describe this sun-kissed, blossomy wine chock full of plump yellow peach, mango and pineapple flavors. There’s so much more beyond fruit here though. A strike of lemon-lime acidity cuts through the palate, lending balance and vibe. The finish is long, accompanied by a delightfully astringent kick of lime zest. Drinks well now but should mature well through 2020.
